How We Evaluate Robustness

Our methodology isn't just about what we clean; it's about consistency under variable conditions. We evaluate each service tier against three core constraints: Time (can we complete it within a predictable window?), Access (does it work in tight Istanbul apartments with limited parking?), and Surface Complexity (is the method safe for delicate materials like marble or raw wood?).

Method Note

We test our cleaning agents in real-home scenarios before deployment. A "robust" result for us means no residue, no damage to fixtures, and minimal disruption. If a new product can't pass a 72-hour test in a client's bathroom without needing a re-clean, it doesn't make the cart.

  • Scenario: A pet-owning client in Şişli requested a Deep Clean. We scheduled for a weekday morning to avoid elevator conflicts and used enzyme-based cleaners for pet stains.

Grout Treatment

Our final inspection protocol. A supervisor uses a bright flashlight to check surfaces from multiple angles. This is how we ensure consistency on Deep and Move-In/Out jobs.

24-Hour Guarantee

If you spot a missed area after we leave, we'll return to fix it within one business day. This applies to all service tiers.

Tier 1

Standard Home Clean

Your foundation for consistent living. Ideal for weekly or bi-weekly maintenance, this service focuses on high-traffic areas and sanitation. We remove surface dust, vacuum all carpets with HEPA filters, and sanitize bathrooms. It's efficient, thorough, and designed to keep your home fresh between deep cleans.

Best for: Busy professionals, families with young children, and anyone maintaining a clean baseline without the time investment. Frequency: Weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.

Deep Clean Service

Where we find what others miss. This intensive quarterly or pre-event service targets accumulated grime in often-overlooked areas. We clean inside appliance exteriors (oven fronts, refrigerator handles), window tracks, baseboards, door frames, and cabinet fronts. It's a reset for surfaces that regular maintenance can't fully address.

Move-In/Out Reset

The ultimate blank canvas. Designed for property managers, new homeowners, and tenants fulfilling lease obligations. We provide a 24-hour inspection window for any touch-ups.
